64-66 Mustang Cast Hinge Rebuild Kits

Guaranteed repair for 65-66 Mustangs; includes all four hinges. Nearly eliminates door sag and improves door operation.

- 4 machined hinge pins

- 8 oil-impregnated bronze bushings

- 4 stainless steel washers

- 2 precision detent bushings

- 4 replacement pins

- 2 replacement springs

- 2 replacement detents

- Detailed instructions

Installation Steps:

1. Remove all door hinges (can do one side or hinge at a time).

2. Remove stock springs, hinge pin, detent, and detent pins.

3. Ream or drill out the holes on the middle part of the hinges where the bronze bushing is inserted to 11/32".

4. Install bushings in hinges.

5. Install hinge pins, detents, detent pins, detent bushings, and springs.
