This big brake adapter kit lets you mount six-piston Brembo calipers (from DarkHorse, GT350, or Performance Pack Mustangs) onto a 2003-2011 Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis, or Lincoln Town Car knuckle, or an F100 or other vehicle using a Crown Vic spindle swap. It uses the factory mounting points on the Crown Vic knuckle, so no custom welding or machining is required.

It works on an F100, but only if it already has (or you install) a Crown Vic-style front end swap - this kit adapts the six-piston Brembo caliper (DarkHorse/GT350/Performance Pack) to Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis/Town Car spindles, so the truck needs to be running that spindle first.

Q: Do I need to source the Brembo calipers and rotors myself?

Yes - this is an adapter/bracket kit; you'll need to obtain the six-piston Brembo caliper and rotor set (from a DarkHorse, GT350, or Performance Pack donor) separately.

Q: What wheel size will clear these six-piston Brembos?

Because rotor diameter varies by which donor (GT350, DarkHorse, or PP) you use, wheel clearance needs vary - plan on large-diameter performance wheels and confirm inner-barrel clearance for your specific wheel before ordering.

Q: I'm doing a Coyote swap (e.g. on an F100/Bronco) with this kit — do I need to upgrade my brake booster too?

Very likely yes. The six-piston Brembo calipers need more clamping force and fluid volume than the factory setup they replace, and Coyote swaps often also lose the factory power-steering pump some boosters relied on. Talk to us about your specific combination before ordering so we can recommend a booster (or a hydroboost setup) sized correctly for the swap.
