Description
Do-It-Yourself Roller Lower Control arm Kits are now available for the qualified fabricator that wants the best in handling and drag strip performance for vintage Fords. This kit has what you need to convert your original or aftermarket lower control arms to roller control arms. The kit comes with two custom made spherical bearing kits for the 1-7/16″ bushing in OEM or aftermarket lower arms.
Most aftermarket 67-73 lower arm bushings are either 1-7/16″ or 1-9/16″.
On the 65-66 Mustangs and 60-65 Falcons, the hole in the arm needs to be enlarged for the weld in sleeve. This kit is not a direct replacement for the small bushing found in the early Mustangs and Falcons. Some fabrication work is required.
