Q: Does this bellhousing fit any T5, or specifically the Foxbody version?

This is built around the shorter 7.18" Foxbody-spec input shaft. If you're running an earlier or non-Foxbody T5 with a longer input shaft (some Capri/other applications), it won't line up - input shaft length has to match the bellhousing.

Q: What flywheel and clutch does this pair with?

It uses the 157-tooth small-block bellhousing pattern for 289/302 engines with a 157-tooth flywheel. It will not index correctly on a 164-tooth 351W/351C flywheel.

Q: Do I need to change my clutch linkage to run this bellhousing?

Often yes - owners swapping a T5 into earlier cars frequently also need to update the clutch fork, fulcrum bolt, and/or pedal linkage geometry alongside the new bellhousing, since the pivot and release arm geometry differs from the original 3-speed/4-speed bellhousing.
